Data throttled before I reached cap. Help

So I was reaching my data cap and upgraded my plan. Well about an hour after I upgraded my plan I got a text saying I have reached my data limit. So my speed is now throttled. Both the my Cricket app and their website say I still have 10 gigs of data left. I tried calling them and it has now been 3 days and they can't figure it out. Do any of you have any ideas?

I did get a faster reply but same answer they have been giving me. They are still looking into it. I just don't understand how hard it would be to just reset my data cap.

Well they finally fixed it about an hour ago. Won't tell me what they did but it worked.[emoji3]

Ask for Marcus when you email Zendesk.. He is the best one and will actually call instead of just emailing.. Not sure if he is manager or not but in the future just request him in your email and they should pass it to him lol
