Data Throttleing Hack AT&T

The title says it all. Is there a hack or something that can get around data throttleing on att plan. I pay around $110 for my phone and not to have it limited.
 
no there is not a "hack/crack work around to do that .... you would actually have to hack into the AT&T billing system, as your usage it instantly incremented as you use it

WiFi works well at avoiding data throttling/caps.
