Data transfer samsung to oneplus via macbook

Hey! I'm using smartswitch to backup my samsung and want to transfer everything onto my new oneplus, but I'm using a Macbook
.. any advice please on overcoming this!? Thanks so much!

If you're using Smart Switch, you don't actually need to use a computer. Just install Smart Switch on the Samsung and the other phone, and it will transfer your data wirelessly. That's what I did to transfer my data between a Samsung Note20 Ultra and a Huawei Mate10.
