1. Install the USB drivers onto your computer from the Samsung website
2. Ensure that your phone is not is "USB Debugging" mode (under "System > More > Developer options")
3. Connect to your computer via USB
4. Internal memeory should appear on your computer as a media device
5. Drag & drop files to the phone (typically the Download directory)
