Do you know of an app that can send contacts, sms and calendar events via bluetooth and wifi directly to another android device and even in batch? I'm also looking for an app for wifi transfer of any files and even batch directly from my phone to another phone without needing a pc.

I second the Smart Switch suggestion. It's really awesome, especially if both phones have NFC, as in that case all you have to do is put them back to back and wait. It can transfer everything - folders, files, contacts, messages, calendar events, memos, call logs, apps, app settings.
If your phones don't have NFC, I believe Smart Switch can also make the transfer via a cloud service, though I haven't tried that myself.
