Data turned off Notification

When my data is turned off there is always a notification that it is turned off and it also appears on my lock screen and there is no way to swipe it away, anyone know how to get rid of it?

I dont need a notification all the time to tell me my data is turned off because I already know that, I want to know if there is a way to get rid of this notification that is there all the time, hope you can help

So you pull down and it tells you data is off. That's overkill. One or the other would be better.

Well it goes away when my data is on, should I just leave my data on even while im on Wifi just so the notification will disappear?

Can't hurt. Mobile data will only be used when WiFi isn't available. It's been a smooth handoff for me. The data icon changes to 4G. Hardly ever happens. I never got a notification though. One of the advantages of city life I guess.
