data turns off while on call

Data turns off when placing/receiving a call. Did it even before donut. Can't find any settings for this.

Also, volume level for ringer and notifications will go to almost nothing randomly. Have to turn off phone to fix. This is just since donut update.

Any ideas for these problems?

My notification and call vol goes up and down annoyingly.

I've put it down to the volume keys being pressed in my pocket. Wish they could be disabled for that purpose.

Mine does it by itself. With the side buttons, its all the way up, full yellow bar.
Volume is still very low. Like I said, have to turn phone off/on to fix it.
