Date format keeps reverting to 12-hr

I will set the Date Format (Settings | General Management | Date and Time | Use 24-hour format = True) to 24 -hour and it works for a day or three - and then spontaneously reverts to 12-hour/AM-PM format.

This has happened a half-dozen times so far and I know I'm not fat-fingering it.

Am I the only one?

Do you have "Automatic" turned on too? i wonder if turning that off while 24hr format is on will keep your setting if you manually set the time… .

It doesn't change back and forth on my phone with the automatic setting on off. I kind of intuitively left the automatic setting off when I set it to the 24 hour clock setting.

On my phones the automatic option is set to On but it doesn't have any effect on the date format.
