Date Setup Quick Question....

Hello all - I want to change my date setup on my SM-G900V, that section is greyed out I can only change time setup only.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to do this?

teallin, as a follow up, how can I change the date format, from mm/dd/yr to dd/mm/yr? If that is even possible. Thank you again for the information, it did help.
