Help Daylight Saving Time Alarm Issue

Please help! I have to set my alarm to get up at 2:00 or 2:30 am to get my son to a school field trip.
My Nexus 6 updated the time with daylight saving time but the alarm did not! When I try to set alarm for 2:30, it says 3:30. If I try to set it for 2:00, it says 3:00. This should have only happened last night, not tonight. I have googled the problem and can't find any mention of this bug.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I used my alarm and it adjusted just fine. actually i had forgotten about DST occurring this weekend. i actually had the alarm set both to my nex6 and nex9. both updated fine.

would not call it a widespread bug. could be something local to your device.

for grins, check out other android sub forums here who use Android 5 and see if its happened to them...

Not sure I understand - are you saying you cannot set an alarm for 2am on your phone right now? (it automatically changes it to 3am?) If so, that's very strange - I just tried it on my N6 and it let me set it to 2am without a problem. Tried on my N5 too and that worked as well.

Are you using the stock alarm app? or a 3rd party one?

Try rebooting your phone to see if that solves the issue.
 
My girlfriend had this problem for an alarm she set before the time switch - she has a moto X 2014. It may be a wider bug with lolipop

I'm not sure if she's had the problem since. I'll have to ask.

For what its worth, I do not have that problem either. Have you tried restarting the phone? If you were rooted, I'd suggest a factory reset, but that may be too hasty of a suggestion without a backup.
 
I posted this in another forum, so ill copy and paste my experience.

Happened to me this morning (Monday 2am)a day after daylight savings time. Running a Nexus 5 on Vanilla Lolipop. Set alarm for 255am and it rang at 355am. Thanks to this bug i was late for work. Seems that the time period between 2-3am simply doesnt exist for the alarm function. Meaning it can be set at that time but alarms one hour later. Using stock alarm clock. I have rebooted phone and will see if it alarms correctly tonight.
