Help DCB.ASSOCIATION

I found a txt sent from my phone to no. I don't know, withCB.ASSOCIATION then a heep of numbers& letters.. What does it mean and why does it say it's been sent from my phone to a number I don't know? Please help?!!

DCB, Direct Carrier Billing. It's a way to do in app purchases. Might have been something that was bought in an app or game you've had

No purchases were made by me. The text was sent by my phone. Around that time 17GB of prepaid mobile data went without using any app that could possibly use this much in one evening .

DCB is Direct Carrier Billing. Have you signed up for any subscription or used any service that bills you phone account? Because that's what it sounds like.
