Is there any way to uninstall or freeze system apps on this device? I tried with the program Debloater-setup-v3.90.exe for windows but it did not work

I read the link. IS there a difference between that app and the built in one? It is just disabling the app just what the built in one do? The OP wants to totally remove the bloatware I believe.

The app disables the apk you want frozen.
To remove the apk that requires Root access.
