Dead Android

I have an old rooted GT-P5110 I like to mess around with. One thing I've always wanted to do is force a dead android screen, the one with the red triangle. How do I do that?

That's the default image for recovery mode, from what I found for the Tab 2 10.1:

1. Turn it off
   
2. Press and hold Volume Up key and Power Key
3. Release them when you see Android System Recovery
4. Use the Volume key to select options
5. Use the Power key to select

2. I have twrp, not system default

Well TWRP replaces the stock recovery, so if you want the stock recovery (the red triangle) you need to find that (for your phone and your phone's firmware version) and flash that instead. And then you will lose TWRP.
