Dead Battery

I have had my android LG Escape for 2 months and i make sure it is fully charged before bed but this past week when i wake up my phone is completely dead. I have 3 alarms set for the week and logged out of my apps and it is still dying during the night

Hello and welcome to Android Forums.


1. Did your phone get wet? If do you may have a short.

2. Do you have constant applications running? Processor use will warm your phone (and drain your battery). Go Settings > Battery Try to diagnose if some applications are constant.

3. Is your battery bad? Spin your battery while flat , if it spins easily (looking for a bubble) it is bad.
