Help Dead pixel or dust?

Hi, I bought a Galaxy Mini phone last week. 2 days ago I spotted a black (little transparent) dot on the screen, cleaned the screen but obviously it's inside..it's noticeable mostly on white backgrounds. used Dead Pixel Test and I can see it on all colors and if tilt the screen, it's normal, no dot. is it dust or bad luck with a dead pixel?

I got no idea with that, Did you brought that? Take it back to where you brought and ask them, Maybe its something dirty under your screen protector if you had it.
