Help debranding updated x10

Hi guys,

I've searched the forum for how to debrand an x10 with :

x10a - Rogers edition
FW: 1.6
BB: 1.1.25
Build: R2BA020

I have followed the tutorials, but they are all for older versions
When I try to overwrite my files 110mb and 10mb, I notice that my originals are 134mb and 11mb
can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong
