What do you want?
A picture of a tree as a backdrop?
A Google Widget shortcut? (Comes as default)

Have you tried other Home Launchers? (Available from Market)
Launcher Pro
ADW Launcher
Helix Launcher

If you want to change the backdrop
go here and create a login. You can sent it directly to your phone.

Tell you what. Follow the first part of my Root Guide and get your R's onto 2.1. Then install Launcher Pro from Market, and see what you think.
