Decent speech recognition application

I am looking for some speech recognition software.

What I want to be able to do is this:

Whilst Watching a movie - I want to say "fast forward, stop, play, pause etc"
Whilst Watching a movie - I want to say "Note (or something like that) and a note application launches, I then dictate a note - then say "Movie" and it goes back to the paused movie.
From the main screen, I want to be able to say "Play Movie..Kill Bill Two" - and have the movie launch.

Does anything like this exist ?
