Apps decompiling & re-compiling xml files

anyone know a way i can eddit the android manifest without having to download eclipse and android sdk?

You can edit the androidmanifest in whatever editor you'd like as long as it is not part of a apk file. But i think you will have problems creating a apk file without the sdk.

i have a theme for cm7 that im changing to make it look like honeycomb, just need to rename the .apk file after install
