Help Default browser defect

I have been using the Chrome browser for quite a while now, actually since the first day I got my One X in april.
Now I wanted to check out the default browser named "Internet" today but it does not show up in my list of apps.
When I got to Settings > Apps > All it does show up but when I click it all options are greyed out. I cannot make any changes to the app and/ or start it.
Does anyone have any tips/ tricks/ insights in why this is?

Is it disabled?

Settings > Apps > Internet and see if it says disabled.

If it is then enable it.

All clickable options are grey (i can't interact with them). I would add a screenshot but I don't have enough posts yet I think.
