Default Caller ID Difficult To Read

On my DHD (Froyo) I find it really difficult to read the name of the person that is calling. It's basically grey on grey, but just a little darker. I'm looking for a simple replacement that is much easier to read, it doesn't need to have an internet lookup for unknown numbers or anything like that, just something more legible. I don't mind if it's paid or free. Could anybody suggest anything, please?

You could create a Tasker profile that, when you are receiving a call, pops up a message with the caller in large text. You think you can even include a button to answer the call (use popup task names and have another task called "Answer call" or something with an action to answer the call)

Not a bad idea, will probably give it a try, but wouldn't mind trying any apps out there that already exist. Thanks for the suggestion.
