Default Music App Via Bluetooth

Hello,

When my phone is connected via BT to the infotainment system of my car, and I change the audio source from radio (or CD, USB, whatever) to BT Audio, the default Music app in my phone starts automatically and plays whatever MP3 files it can find in the phone's memory.

Can this default app be changed? When the car's head unit switches to BT Audio, I would like Android to automatically launch an internet radio streaming app instead of the standard Music one. Is this possible?
I know I could open the app manually on the phone, but it would be nice if I could avoid removing the phone from my pocket and fiddling with it while driving. :)

Thank you.

I think I was worrying for nothing. I used the radio streaming app in the car yesterday (having opened it manually on the phone), and now it opens and starts playing automatically each time I switch to BT Audio on the car's head unit.
Android seems to be smarter than I thought. :D
