Default storage problem

Hello, I have Alcatel One touch Iold 2 mini with android 4.3. So I selected my default storage to be sd card, and everything was fine(I restarted my phone in the meanwhile few times, no problems. Few days later I transfered something to my PC, and phone storage suddenly changed to phone storage, I just changed it back. From then everytime I restart my phone storage changes back to phone storage. But if I turn my phone off and then on, no changes, everything stays same as before turning off.
