Default WhatsApp sounds

Hi,

I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, and for some reason, it doesn't include the "dew drop" sound WhatsApp uses when you get a new message.

I've contacted WhatsApp support and while they have been very good at getting back, their answers/replies were pretty poor.

All I want is the dew drop sound but it's listed in my list of available sounds. I've uninstalled WhatsApp and reinstalled it but it made no difference.

Is there a way to get a .wav or a .mp4 sound file for it so that I can copy it in the relevant folder, and then set it in WhatsApp.

I've got the same phone, and WhatsApp on this doesn't have the "dew drop" notification sound either. So it was probably a stock notification sound that was on your previous phone, but isn't on the Note20.

While I'm on the subject; for some reason WhatsApp on my Note20 Ultra, it includes sound bites from Goldie Lookin Chain for notifications. It says Custom, but I can't remember putting them there myself. WhatsApp along with its data was transferred from my Huawei Mate10 with Smart Switch, but again I can't remember putting anything by GLC into WhatsApp.
