Help default write disk SD card doesn't accept installs

Lurker
Hello,

I have a, BLU Advance 5.0 - Unlocked Dual Sim Smartphone - US GSM - Black.
I installed a SanDisk Ultra 64GB microSDXC card with 59 GB free on that card.

I tried to install Sky Dancer and Guitar tuner Free-Fender Tune but both failed due to lack of free space on Phone Storage.

But, my settings indicate, Storage->Default write disk-> SD card.

I don't understand the android operating system enough to figure out why the installer doesn't do what I asked it to do (install to SD card).

Thank you.

Apps "installed to sd" are actually only partially on sd, so it still matters how much internal storage you have free. And not all apps allow this anyway, it's up to the developer whether they do or not (and if they do not it doesn't matter what you have set there).
