I just got Defy and has been noticing too much data usage (as per datameter in phone). I have not been doing any browsing, no downloading of apps etc. Still managed to use 900 MB in 10 days!!!! . Help

Yes I think that's everyone who first bought this device. Go in settings > data manager, also battery manager you can set when things sync or not. In battery manager you can also make a custom profile for this.
Though to be honest it's best if you have data plan that's big enough for you not to worry about it. "Unlimited"?
