delete ALL my apps?

guys, how do i batch delete my apps?

wanna spring clear out and its far too tedious to go through and delete each one.

i know i can factory reset but dont wanna lose my settings etc.

cheers

I assume you want to uninstall your apps, not just delete. You can use a program like Astro File Manager. In Astro, go to the menu => Tools => Application Manager.

You can then select each file by checking them on the right. Go back into menu and then uninstall. That should do it. Unless you have root access, you won't be able to uninstall the native system apps (like Amazon MP3 and stuff like that).

What is the difference between uninstalling and deleting an app?
Similar to uninstalling MS Word versus simply deleting the "Program Files\MSWord" directory. Uninstalling nicely (instead of deleting the APK) ensures that the prefs db is purged and other such house-keeping is done right. :)

If you delete an app from the /data/app folder, it won't work anymore ... but it leaves behind all of it's "junk" in the data/data folder needlessly. UNinstalling does that part for you.
