delete and save sms

Is there anyway to delete only some messages in a thread? I can't save them either, since the only way I found that you can save them is on the sim-card, and there is no memory left there. Can you save them to the memory card? and has anyone found an app or another way to organize messages?

I don't know about saving SMS messages anywhere else than the SIM. But I use Handcent SMS which has a batch delete mode -- ie you can scroll through, tag the ones you want to delete, then delete in one go.

Btw, If you press on 1 single sms like 3 sec a box will apear and you can select delete sms

I mean - in the regular one, since there is in "batch mode" in handscent

sorry for all the questions - but when you've installed handscent - how do you avoid getting messages both in that and in the normal message function?

"Is there anyway to delete only some messages in a thread?" Yes you can. Enter the thread, and then when you've found the the message from the thread that you want to delete, hold you'r finger on it and a new menu will appear, and there you can delete the message .
