Delete email from phone not pc & Facebook delete

[Android Question]

I just purchased a Samsung Stellatr i200 & have 2 questions. How can I delete e-mail from my phone but leave it on the computer. Now when I delete from the phone it deletes from the home PC. I need to be able to view & handle home e-mails. Only want to be4 aware of them on my phone.
Second question; How do I delete Facebook entries. Can't find anything & they are starting to pile up.

Re mail: depending on which email client you use, you might have an option under settings and the account you're using which is called something like 'sync with server' or 'delete from server' - you need to uncheck that.

Don't know anything about FB, I'm afraid but I guess you could go to Settings .. Apps and delete the app data. Read any warning carefully in case that also removes your account details, though.
