Delete G+ Game Data

Does anyone happen to know how to remove games from Google Play Games and delete saved cloud data? I know I can remove them from the My Apps list on Play Store, but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a 100% reset on my data for a few games I've played before.

Use Google Play services.
Go to your app drawer and look for an app labeled as "Google Settings", open it and choose "Play Games ". From there you can do all sorts of operations related to your Google Play Games profile and apps connected to it. I'm sure you'll find what you are lookin for.

I found my list of games. I'm assuming I just tap on the game and hit "Disconnect" to clear my data for said game?
