Use a file explorer like ES File Explorer - Play Store and navigate to where the .pdf is stored. You can delete the file from there.
Alternatively, connect to your computer and browse via your computer to the file location and delete it from there.
I know it's obvious, but it's worth saying that you should always remember to go careful when deleting stuff to make sure you don't delete something important or something you want/need.
