I like your idea, but i am not sure too many users of illegal substances would be willing to record their activity on their phone. But the idea of an application giving people instant access to information and support is very good.

That is a good point, however no information is sent back to me (I respect privacy), the user can use a password on their phone, and in most countries having consumed a drug is not illegal (only physically possessing it is against the law).
