How do I get unwanted downloaded videos off the storage site?
 
By "storage site" I'm assuming you mean cloud storage somewhere. Every cloud application of which I am aware (e.g., Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Samsung Allshare) has it's own native app. Go into the app, navigate to the folder where your videos are stored, long-press the file(s) and Delete (or move them somewhere else).
