Help deleted apps

I need help to restore apps i deleted out of stupidity.Im getting error messages of cloud,facebook,google,google+,& weather and others are not responding. the phone has also began to turns itself off when battery is chareged

How did you delete them? did your force close, disable or unistall? Have you tried doing backing up your data and doing a factory reset?
