My grandmother accidentally deleted all her contacts and I can not figure out how to restore them. The back up assistant says that there are 134 backed up but I can't get an option to restore

Is the phone linked to a Google account? If it is you should be able to re-sync the contacts. It the info was never synced then the back up you have is probably the best option. Not knowing which app for backup is being used I am unable to provide additional guidance.
