deleted contacts

[Android Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy s3, I have not downloaded any new apps and yesterday I went to call someone and my phone had deleted some of my contacts all by itself. I have the majority of them left, but a good dozen or so are just gone.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums.



As long as you have your Google account on your phone, your contacts and calendar are already saved to Gmail.

To retrieve that info, log into Gmail on your PC or re-sync your phone.
