If you use Dropbox and noticed a file or folder that was deleted years ago come back, then you're not alone. Thanks to a metadata bug, many users have been seeing files and folders they deleted years ago suddenly appear again. This bug caused files and folders to be "quarantined" rather than deleted, and that's why they're starting to come back.
