Root Deleted my OS

I just rooted my OnePlus One and I accidentally wiped the OS. I previously flashed TWRP but I can't do the Swipe to Unlock thing so I don't know what to do about that or about my lack of OS.

Sorry to hear about the issues w/your O/S.
As long as you can boot into Fastboot, there's a few different ways to restore your phone back to normal.

Follow the step-by-step instructions for loading (reloading) a recovery/ROM from one of the members here @AndroidForums,
CafeKampuchia :

After flashing the recovery, you may be able to load a ROM via OTG (I had to do this with another phone,I did the exact same thing you did & OTG was the only way I could load a ROM onto the phone).

You can use one of several toolkits, all of which originated from users @XDA-DEVELOPERS:

http://androidforums.com/threads/oneplus-one-toolbox.860206/ (The link to this one include a how-to video. Others can also be found on YouTube).

As soon as we're all done here & you're back up & running,I'll get this thread moved to the 1+1 ALL THINGS ROOT section.
