I recently deleted all the pics in my Galaxy SIII from every directory and every thumbnail directory. I broke my screen and had the phone replaced.
When I powered up my new phone, a flood of old deleted pics returned to my phone, pics I had deleted a month prior. Most (and maybe all) were pics I shot from the Galaxy SIII itself.
What gives? Were these pics being backed up and stored somewhere? I don't see them on my Google+, or Picasa, and I don't even have my Verizon Backup Assistant set for anything but my phone and email contacts.
If these pics are indeed being backed up, is there somewhere on a web site you can go see them, and more specifically delete them?
BTW, Google is updating and cyncing my gmail account contacts to my phone if that matters to this inquiry.
Thank you in advance for your insights.
