Help Deleted some folders in the internal memory and now it says "Android is starting" "Starting apps".

Does anybody know how to fix this? I was trying to clean up my internal storage, and deleted a couple of folders, don't remember which ones exactly. Now ever time I restart my device, I get a green screen with the following "Android is starting" "Starting apps".
It last 2-3 seconds, and turns on as usual, the phone seems to work just fine. I am just worried that I might see the consequences of this later.
Does anybody know what this could be, and what are some possible ways of replacing or recovering the folders that I was stupid enough to delete?
Thank you.

It does not seem that there is any trouble now. So, don't worry About it.
If there will be some issue later really, you may do a factory reset to resume then.

Thank you. It doesn't seem to have any other issues at the moment. Hope it won't come to factory reset.
