Ok, so I have a Samsung SGH-I827 phone and I downloaded wondershare to back up and restore my stuff, using my USB cord, and now everything on my phone is gone. All contacts, photos, text messages, videos, etc. I don't know where they went and I need to get them back. I don't know if I need to root my phone, but everything I have tried so far, has not worked. Please help!!!!!!
