Help deleting an unsaved number from Galaxy S7 please help

How can I delete an unsaved number from Galaxy S7...I have deleted all records but the moment I key in 3 digits that number pops up. please help. thanks
 
It almost sounds like you have speed dial setup for that number. To check open your contacts > Click on the hamburger bar on the left then choose speed dial > Delete the number from there if you see it.
