deleting google account

[Android Question]

I have a samsung galaxy ace phone and I deleted my google account on my PC last night. Now my phone keeps asking me to sign in to the deleted account and enter my password which doesn't work now the account is deleted on PC. I have set up a new google account on my phone and need to know how to delete the old one.

I have a feeling you're going to have to do a factory reset, however you could try going to Settings .. Accounts .. Google, hitting the menu and Remove Account. With any luck, you'll then be asked to provide the details of your new account .. but don't bet on it

A factory reset seems to be the way to go, sorry.

Bear in mind that all apps and purchases are tied to the Google Account, so anything on the old account probably won't work/be accessible on the new one.
