Deleting partially downloaded app

[Android Question]

I downloaded GTA III (1.2 GB) when I had about 1.1 left, it stopped most of the way through, leaving me with a few megabytes of storage. AppMgr III can't find it anywhere and I wiped the cache and data for the play store but nothing happened. I also rebooted my phone twice. What do I need to do to delete the partial download?

The partially downloaded apps arent stored in the cache for the play store. They are stored on the actual cache partition of the device. You may want to try an app like clean master to wipe the cache
