acer a1 how do you delete pictures from the gallery once they have been backed up

It depends on the Android version you're on: you can select the photo on the gallery, then try the menu button (3 dots, upper right). There should be a delete option there. Some versions actually have a garbage can icon you can tap to delete. I hope this helps.
