I have a Dell Streak 7 2nd hand. I cannot get it to do a factory reset. I have tried resetting with the touch screen through the privacy setting and with the power and volume button. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. It comes up with error (498) when I try to down load an app and when in the process of trying to reset it says
cannot access Cashe Recovery log.
We are using it for wifi only.
I got this for a cheap tablet for my son for Christmas - PLEASE help.
