I am trying to deploy the SimpleMapDemo sample from the MapsAndLocationDemo_v3 to an emulator in Xamarin and I am getting this error:

What would be causing this error and how can I get this app working?
The same error is occurring in the Google Play Services sample from the Component Store... is this a bug?
