Help Deselecting "Charge Only" without using phone screen

I recently dropped my LG G2, shattering the screen. In my studies of the phone I realized that the touchscreen has stopped responding to my touch while the screen itself remains lit, and I can continue to recieve notifications. I would like to pull files from the phone before trying my hand at replacing the screen myself, but it appears to be in the "Charge Only" option and I cannot change this as I cannot operate my phone. If there were any way to override this setting from the computer, that would be wonderful, and any real ideas on how best to go about fixing this would be appreciated.

You can retrieve your files by using a USB TO GO cable and a USB mouse. You can then use the wireless shared storage once unlocking with a mouse

Wow. I had no idea I could do this with my phone, and it has solved my problems excellently. Thank you so much! This is a trick I will not soon forget
