Apps desperate help with pc app

Hi all hope everybodys well!

I`ve got a thread going in app forum (http://androidforums.com/tablets-mids/134240-dell-streak.html,) basically i need an app that can control my dell stresk from my pc cause i can use a pc.

Look in the market for one of the following:
-droid VNC server
-droid VNC server (donated)

Both of these require Root... Actually, any app that will allow you to do this will require root access.
