Help Desperately in need of help for lg e975!!!!!!!!!

I accidentally updated my LG Optimus E975. I don't want the new update.. Is there like a way to reverse this? Please help. I want the old one back. And the LG Software Update is now missing in my phone after the update.

Based upon your model, "e975", I think you have the LG Optimus G, so I moved your thread into this forum
Perhaps others can help.

I'm not too familiar with your device, so there may be a way to downgrade by flashing a KDZ file for your device/region?
